It can be a little daunting arriving at a new salon for the first time. To ease your nerves, read through this little sneak peek of what it's like to visit with me at Salon Ezer.
After you schedule your first appointment, you'll receive a few notes from me, by email and/or text. This won't be a string of non-useful promotions. Instead these little interactions will answer the most common questions and concerns that new clients have when visiting a new stylist. You'll know how to find me, where to park, and what to do when you arrive, all before you set off to leave your home.
The most common frustration I hear from new clients is that their previous stylist didn't seem to listen about what their goals were, and inevitably left feeling like it wasn't worth it. That's why I make time for an extended conversation at the start of your service, so we can be sure we both understand the goal and the journey to get there.
All services have transparent pricing, and are gratuity-free. The only pricing adjustment that might be made to your service, is if we decide on a different service to move forward with, and the new price will be made known to you before beginning. After that, sit back and be pampered knowing this time is carved out just for you, and that everything from glosses and toners and haircuts and blowdries are all included. So are your snacks and beverages, and your wifi access.
You aren't just another ticket on my books. After your service, I'll check in with you from time to time to be sure you're happy with your results, that you understand your home haircare routine, and that you know what to schedule when it's time to revisit. You'll also receive periodic newsletters with salon updates, product highlights, and seasonal inspiration.
